The participation fee is 150 Lei/paper for Romanian participants and 50 Euro/paper for foreign ones and it covers: conference materials, lunches, coffee breaks. A special fee is required to be paid for the second paper of the same author: 75 Lei/paper for Romanian participants and 25 Euro/paper for foreign participants.

The participation fee does not include accommodation and transport costs for the participants.
